Keys should not be loose within an envelope as they have a tendency to go missing if the envelope gets damaged in transit. Ideally keys should be taped to one of templates which van be found below or to a piece of card before being placed in an envelope.
-
If multiple keys are being sent, please try to help us identify each one. This not only makes our job easier but ensures you get exactly what you want.
-
We recommend that keys are sent to us via a trackable service and/or one thats requires a siqnature. If you choose to send them returned via a non-tracked service we cannot be held responsible for any losses.
-
When sending keys, do NOT include anything that shows the address of where the keys are being used.

-
For security reasons we recommend that the return address you give us is different to the address where the keys are being used. For example, have them sent to your work address or to a close freind or family member.

Many keys can be cut to code using our computerised key cutting machines. We can often cut keys from the number on the key or even the lock itself. The types of keys we can cut to code are often found on cabinets, secure boxes and garages.
